City Council is responsible for the appointments of the City Manager, Treasurer, Law Director and Clerk of Council. All officials must reside within the City of Madeira at the time of appointment. Currently, the following individuals have been appointed to these roles: 

• City Manager - Thomas W. Moeller 
• Treasurer - Steven A. Soper 
• Law Director - Robert P. Malloy 
• Clerk of Council - Diane Novakov
