Banks and similar financial institutions; medical and
dental clinics; medical and dental offices;

1 for each 150 square feet of floor area on the first
floor, and 1 for each 400 square feet on each other floor.

|
Business or insurance;
|
1 for each 125 square feet of professional offices and
floor area.
|
|
Retail food stores, including delicatessens, grocery
stores, meat-fruit-vegetable markets, and supermarkets;
|
5 for the first 2,000 square feet or less of floor area,
and 1 for each 150 square feet of floor area in excess of 2,000 square feet.

|
General retail, wholesale, and service establishments of
all kinds, other than retail food stores;
|
5 for the first 2,000 square feet or less of floor area,
and 1 for each 300 square feet of floor area in excess of 2,000 square feet.
|
|
Banquet halls;
|
1 for each 50 square feet of floor area used for assembly
or recreation.
|
|
Theaters and similar uses, including commercial arenas;
|
1 for each 4 seats.
|
|
Manufacturing plants, laboratories, food products
industries, and other industrial uses (except public utility buildings);

employees on the maximum shift, whichever is greater.

mechanical equipment, gas and electric stations, dial exchange buildings, and

Restaurants, cafes, lunch rooms and cafeterias and other

of customer occupied area, or 1 for every 3 seats, whichever provides the
greatest number of spaces, plus 5 additional spaces for carry-out service
when provided.

Nightclubs, saloons, cocktail lounges and other operations
which serve alcoholic beverages;
|
1 for each employee plus 1 space for every 30 square feet
of customer occupied area, or 1 for every 2 seats, whichever provides the
greatest number of spaces plus 5 additional spaces for carry-out services
when provided.

|
|
Parking requirements shall also follow additional
requirements:
- No driveway entrance shall be less than 10 feet
wide or exceed 26 feet in width;
- All driveways must be at least 10 feet from the
adjacent side lot line of the nearest such entrance on the same lot;
- All spaces must be at least 160 square feet in area
and shall be provided with an access drive not less than 10 feet in
width;
- Screening shall be provided for parking areas that
are within 100 feet of any residential district;
- Parking areas shall be paved; and
- All lighting shall reflect away from residential
areas.
