City of Madeira Employment Opportunities:
Duties: Provide administrative support for City staff and officials. Serves as receptionist, answering telephone calls and inquiries from the public; Prepares agendas and meeting materials for City Council and other City boards and committees; Prepare, proofread and distribute City documents; Other clerical duties as assigned.
Required Skills: Microsoft Office; operation of standard office equipment; Knowledge of English and grammar; Typing skills; Time management/prioritization of duties; Verbal and written communication skills; Customer service skills
Qualifications: High school diploma – required; Additional clerical/administration course work and/or municipal government experience preferred.
Pay Range: $15 to $24 per hour; This is a 30-hour per week position.
