The City has several spaces available to reserve for your group's use.  Reservations can be made online or by printing and e-mailing the form to the City Offices.  To request a reservation online, use the links on the left navigation tab of this page.  To use a printed form, follow the links below.  Requests can always be made in person at the City Offices.

Park Shelters
There are several shelters available for Madeira residents and businesses in both Sellman Park and McDonald Commons. To reserve a spot for your group, call the City Offices at 513-561-7228  for availability and complete this FORM and return it to the City Offices. The form can be E-MAILED to the City; a confirmation will be sent. If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, please complete the LIQUOR PERMIT and return it to the City Offices as well.

You must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a shelter and reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Applications to reserve the shelter must be received, at least, 14 days prior to the desired date the shelter is to be used. Reservations are accepted beginning on January 1st for the current calendar year; the shelters are available from May 1st through October 31st.  Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date the shelter is to be used. 

Centennial Room
The Centennial Room, located in the lower level of the Municipal Building, is available to Madeira residents and business owners. Call the City Offices at 513-561-7228 for availability, and complete this FORM and return it to the City Offices, to book the room for your organization. The form can be E-MAILED to the City; a confirmation will be sent.

The Centennial Room cannot be used for a for-profit venture where fees or charges are imposed. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside any portion of the Municipal Building.

On occasion, it may be necessary for the City to cancel a reservation due to a City sponsored function needing the location. We will notify you as soon as a conflict occurs.

Senior Center at Traditions
The Senior Center at Traditions is located at 7650 Camargo Road, within the Traditions at Camargo facility.  The Center offers three different sized rooms to accommodate a variety of sized gatherings. 

The Senior Center at Traditions is for use by the senior residents, age 50+, to promote social interactions that enrich the lives of seniors in our community.  Private engagements are only available for residents of Traditions at Camargo.

Reservation requests may be made by submitting the ONLINE form or printing and returning the FORM to the City Offices via email or in person.  Please contact the City Offices at 513-561-7228 for further information.
