Sycamore JEDZ District

In the Fall of 2013, the Joint Economic Development Zone (JEDZ) was established by Sycamore Township and the City of Madeira. Businesses and employees working within the JEDZ are required to pay municipal income taxes. A .75% tax is collected on the net profits and qualifying wages earned within the boundaries of the JEDZ.

The JEDZ is divided into four sections. Madeira administers the Central and East sections of the district. Amberley Village administers the Southwest section, and Deer Park administers the Northwest section. To view all of the JEDZ districts, please refer to the JEDZ Map.

Businesses operating within the Central or East JEDZ must complete a Business Questionnaire and return it to the Tax Department. The form may be emailed or faxed to 513-272-4211.
